Your Pay

You will be paid a competitive wage with opportunities for pay increases annually, based on your performance.

Personal Leave

Employees working 40 hours per week will receive 40 hours of paid personal leave after one year. After two years, you will receive 80 hours of paid vacation. After six years, you will receive 120 hours of vacation. If you work less than 40 hours per week, vacation will be prorated based on the number of hours worked during the previous year.

Holiday Pay

Two and one-half times your normal pay rate is paid when working on any of six holidays: New Year's Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, and Christmas Day.

Health Insurance

Rose Lane offers single, single plus dependents, and family health insurance coverage and pays for a portion of your premiums.

Dental Plan

Full-time employees are offered dental coverage following their 90-day probationary period. Part-time employees may participate in the dental coverage for a nominal fee. Family coverage is also offered to all employees at a reduced rate.

401k Retirement

Rose Lane offers a fully funded, fully administered retirement program. We will match your contributions up to 2% of your gross pay. After five years of service or at the age of 62, you will be 100% vested and contributions increase to 2.5%. After ten years, matching contributions increase to 3%. You become eligible after one year of employment, but may contribute after three months.

Wellness/Extended Illness Leave

Four hours per month for full-time employees (prorated for part-time) to cover absence due to illness. Accumulation after 120 hours will be paid annually at the rate of 75% of your regular wage.

We will pay your licensure fees, as well as fees associated with Continuing Education Units (CEUs).

125 Flexible Benefit Plan

With this plan you are able to reduce the cost of child care, dental care, additional health insurance, or other health expenses, by setting aside amounts for these expenses on a pre-tax basis.

Survivor Benefit

Full-time employees receive $5,000 of life insurance at no cost regardless of health care plan participation. Part-time employees can receive $5,000 of life insurance for $1.00 per month.

Extras

Holiday Meals
If you work on a holiday, we would like to provide your meals from our kitchen. So, if you work on a holiday during a meal time, it's on us.

Uniforms
One uniform is provided upon employment. Each year, at your anniversary date, you will be given another uniform top.
